How can i make my wiccan talisman?

Wiccans and witches are two different things. Google the word talisman. This will not really help you however unless you have fasted 3 days and know how to consecrate said talisman. The country is usually full of witches. You just don't know any of them. If you are wiccan, I doubt you ever will.
