Is Ryan Dunn dead or alive?

Well im pretty sure he is and its disrespectful to be asking myself this if he is. But idiots on the internet are claiming he is not. But im just wondering which is true. If he really isnt dead wouldnt he have made a statement already? I live one, in person. Please help and tell me the truth, im just so curious O_o
