a merry go round 1.4m in radius has rotational inertia 210 kg*m^2 and is rotating freely at 12 rpm. A boy of mass 3 kg leaps on the rim of the merry go round coming in tangent to the rim at 2.1 m/s in a direction opposite that o the merry go round. what is the new angular speed?
